As the Director of Infrastructure in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising the construction team for assigned projects within planned timelines. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are progressing within approved designs, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including Local Authorities such as DEWA, RTA, Trakhees, to acquire necessary permits and NOCs. Additionally, you will review project contracts, monitor costs and timelines, attend project meetings with consultants and contractors, and evaluate their performance against objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing on-site coordination and supervision, controlling critical activities as per the approved program, reviewing project status for deviations from objectives, evaluating contractor claims and payments against budget, coordinating handovers with operational departments for infrastructure and landscape requirements. You will also work closely with the Development & Procurement teams to resolve any issues that may impact project delivery. Your role will involve ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for project closeouts.
