Senior Manager - Infrastructure - Dubai

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Infrastructure to oversee infrastructure requirements for our company, verticals, and subsidiaries across all projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing project plans, managing infrastructure needs such as electrical systems, street lighting, water supply, sewerage, district cooling, gas services, and more. You will work closely with various departments to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of infrastructure elements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating infrastructure projects with stakeholders from different departments. You should be able to provide recommendations for internal master plan changes, new proposals, and consultant designs while ensuring cost efficiency and feasibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating infrastructure master plans with relevant authorities and supporting ongoing projects by reviewing submissions, providing comments, and obtaining necessary approvals.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure management
• Experience in managing infrastructure requirements for large-scale projects
• Experience with coordination of infrastructure and concept designs
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional certification in project management preferred
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure services such as electrical, telecoms, street lighting, etc.
