As the Finance Controller at Trane Dubai, you will provide leadership and financial expertise to drive growth and margin expansion. Working closely with business leaders, you will offer financial counsel, conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis, and lead annual planning processes. You will ensure accurate forecasting of sales, costs, investments, and ROI while overseeing credit policies and collections initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving process efficiency, implementing cost controls, meeting corporate reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key competencies for this role include strong business acumen to drive execution of business objectives, adeptness in financial analysis for providing meaningful insights, continuous improvement on financial processes and controls, utilization of financial tools for decision-making outcomes, and the ability to manage trust as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 10 years of finance experience including 4 years as a Finance Controller. A solid understanding of sales office business operations, corporate processes, and leveraging business systems for functional efficiencies is essential.
