Infrastructure Director

As the Infrastructure Director, you will be responsible for managing commercial and business development activities related to infrastructure projects. This includes developing and managing the infrastructure budget to ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining high quality standards. You will identify value engineering opportunities to optimize investments and monitor project expenditures closely to implement cost-control measures effectively.

In addition, you will lead the design and engineering of all infrastructure components such as roads, utilities, power, water, sewage, drainage, and telecom networks. Collaboration with architects, master planners, and consultants will be crucial to ensure integration with overall development plans. Furthermore, you will oversee project execution and delivery by ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards while establishing risk management strategies to address challenges and minimize delays.

• Minimum of 10 years in infrastructure development
• Experience in managing mixed-use real estate developments
• Previous experience in budget and cost control
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
