We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, managing projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints while maintaining quality standards. As a Project Manager at Duserve Facilities Management, you will oversee the entire project management plan, including procurement, design, communication, cost control, risk management, and more. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field along with 10-12 years of experience in project management and fit-out projects. Certification as a Project Management Professional is required. The successful candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong vendor management experience, effective communication abilities both in English and preferably Arabic language as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and AutoCAD software.
