As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in handling finance-related escalations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. This position, initially a 6-month contract role with the possibility of renewal, falls under the Finance Department and reports directly to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate Finance Client Services Specialist with experience in finance operations, stakeholder communication, issue resolution within financial services, and knowledge or experience with Oracle Fusion or similar finance systems. Key responsibilities include providing timely support for finance-related escalations and customer queries, maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive updates, identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency, and supporting service continuity during organizational changes. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities to convey financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders, and availability to start at short notice are highly desirable traits for potential candidates.
