Edari, a prominent semi-government entity based in Dubai, is currently looking for a dedicated Manager – Finance Excellence to join their dynamic Finance Department. As the Manager – Finance Excellence, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a Finance Excellence strategy aligned with the organization’s financial objectives. You will lead initiatives focused on financial process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements. Additionally, you will oversee the standardization and automation of key financial processes by collaborating with IT and finance teams to integrate digital tools and automation into financial operations.

One of the key responsibilities of this role is to establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) within Finance to oversee transformation projects. You will develop PMO governance frameworks, monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of finance transformation initiatives. Furthermore, you will lead cross-functional finance projects to drive effective coordination between Finance, IT, and business units.

Ideal candidates for this position should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance with at least 5 years in finance excellence or project management roles. Strong background in financial operations, process optimization, and automation is essential for success in this role. Candidates must also possess Six Sigma Black Belt certification along with proven expertise in financial performance monitoring, KPI development, reporting, SOP development skills, project management skills as well as excellent leadership abilities.
