Edari, a prominent company in Dubai, UAE, is currently seeking a dedicated PMO Manager – Finance to lead finance-related projects and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will join our Finance Department and report directly to the Director- Finance Excellence.

As the PMO Manager – Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial projects and programs while ensuring alignment with our company’s strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading the financial PMO function, developing best practices for project management, managing the finance project portfolio, supporting financial planning and analysis initiatives, ensuring governance and compliance, stakeholder management, as well as team leadership and development within the finance PMO.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred), along with PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification. You should have at least 7 years of project management experience with a minimum of 4 years in a PMO leadership role. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics is essential. Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities are also crucial for this role.
