Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the CFO will be tasked with overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management while implementing robust risk management strategies to safeguard company assets. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing accounts and finance team to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth across multiple group companies, managing relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making purposes, optimizing financial performance through detailed analysis of business trends, costs, and revenue streams, as well as implementing best practices in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
To excel in this role at Eiger Marvel Consultants as our CFO, you must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or CMA qualification or an equivalent finance certification. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles within the construction industry. Proficiency in construction finance principles including project accounting and cost control is essential. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent analytical abilities are also key requirements for this position.
