As an Energy Manager at Ejadah, you will be responsible for developing and implementing site-specific and portfolio-wide energy efficiency strategies for client accounts. This includes monitoring, analyzing, and reporting energy and utility consumption using metering systems, BMS/BAS platforms, and energy dashboards. You will also identify, propose, and lead energy conservation measures (ECMs), retrofit projects, and behavior-change initiatives to optimize energy usage across commercial, industrial, or mixed-use facilities.
In this role, you will conduct detailed energy audits and walk-through assessments to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with site FM teams, engineering professionals, and client stakeholders is essential to align energy initiatives with operational goals. Additionally, you will manage utility data collection, tracking, and reporting to ensure compliance with energy regulations and sustainability commitments. Supporting clients in achieving certifications such as ISO 50001, LEED, BREEAM, or Energy Star will also be part of your responsibilities.
