We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabian market and beyond. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, the Business Development Specialist will develop compelling pitches and proposals to expand our client base and drive growth for Elevata+.

Key responsibilities of this role include maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research to identify industry trends and growth areas, representing Elevata+ at industry events and networking opportunities, contributing to the development of business strategies to achieve company goals, managing sales pipelines, preparing reports on sales activities and forecasts, and ensuring client satisfaction and project success by collaborating closely with project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing with at least 3 years of experience in business development within the marketing or creative services industry. Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, communication skills are essential for this role. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken), a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business landscape cultural nuances are required qualifications. Proficiency in CRM software systems like Microsoft Office suite is also necessary.
