We are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing EDB's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will play a key role in improving financial models used for generating performance reports for the CFO & Executive Committee. Additionally, you will establish a weekly dashboard for the CEO & CFO based on key financial metrics and organizational scorecard targets.
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will act as the center of excellence for cost management across EDB and its subsidiaries. This includes establishing project and capex accounting reporting with necessary controls to ensure accuracy. You will provide recommendations to the CFO and EXCOM on effective cost management strategies moving forward.
In this role, you will also serve as the key point of contact for Financial Performance Reports distributed to senior leadership. Your expertise in financial analysis will be crucial in providing insights and recommending strategies to improve overall financial performance. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues within the Finance department, role model best practices when engaging with stakeholders, and develop financial modeling skills across the team.
