We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights and support to drive business performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and best estimate processes while developing and maintaining financial models to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics (KFIs). This individual must have a deep understanding of macroeconomic factors to evaluate their impact on the business and effectively communicate complex financial data through clear, concise business presentations and strategic summaries.
Responsibilities of this role include leading and managing the annual budgeting process, developing financial models to evaluate business performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing impactful financial presentations for senior leadership, monitoring macroeconomic trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing timely financial reports, identifying opportunities for process improvement, conducting periodic reviews and variance analysis, as well as automating back-office functions in SAP ERP. Additionally, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for designing commercial models related to SPV, ESCO, MEP, ESaaS businesses.
The successful candidate for this position should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required along with at least 5 years of experience in finance roles. Experience with SAP ERP systems would be advantageous.
