We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide strategic financial insights essential for driving business performance and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, commercial modeling, KPI monitoring, macroeconomic analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. By preparing detailed financial presentations and strategic summaries for senior leadership based on accurate financial models and economic analysis, this role ensures informed decision-making aligned with the company's long-term growth strategy.

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields along with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA). With at least 7-10 years of experience in Finance and 3-5 years in a similar role, the individual should possess strong organizational communication skills, time management abilities, analytical skills for financial data interpretation/reporting accuracy. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), business intelligence tools is required alongside excellent stakeholder communication skills. Key Job Requirements:
  • 7 to 10 years of work experience in Finance

  • Experience with financial reporting systems
