We are currently seeking a Technical Manager - ESCO to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting Level 1 and 2 energy audits to identify opportunities for energy savings in HVAC systems, lighting, chillers, BAS, and other equipment. In addition, the Technical Manager will prepare audit reports, techno-commercial offers, and client presentations to communicate findings effectively.
The successful candidate will have experience in performing energy modeling and regression analysis to develop baselines and forecast energy savings. They will also implement and manage M&V protocols in line with IPMVP standards, preparing M&V reports to demonstrate energy savings and facilitate client approvals and invoicing. Additionally, the Technical Manager will provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on energy savings and project performance.
