We are currently seeking a skilled Demi Chef (Bakery Section) - FC04 (ALT1499) to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the bakery section, allocating work to subordinates, and ensuring the productivity and quality of work within your shift/section. You will actively participate in training junior staff on culinary skills and assist seniors in food preparation, equipment management, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate should hold a minimum Senior Secondary School certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary field with at least 3 years of experience in the culinary industry. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role. You must also demonstrate effective task management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene.
