As a Finance Specialist - Payroll at Emirates Flight Catering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of staff payments in compliance with UAE Labour Law, Company policies, and financial controls. Your responsibilities will include processing and reconciling monthly payroll with precision, validating employee accruals, reconciling employee deduction accounts, and identifying process improvements for future growth.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent along with at least 6 years of experience working in finance. A professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is preferred. You should have a thorough knowledge of advanced Excel functions, UAE labor law, and exposure to lean/six sigma methodologies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders across all levels.
