As the Controller for Planning & Performance Management, you will play a crucial role in gathering data, analyzing key performance metrics, and reporting on the segment's performance. Your responsibilities will include assisting in strategy planning and budgeting processes by coordinating strategy management, gathering relevant data for analysis, developing strategic objectives for budgets and plans, and preparing communication materials for various departments.

In addition to strategy planning, you will be involved in performance management tasks such as supporting the development of strategy maps, creating reports on current performance against plan, computing actual values for KPIs, and preparing information packs for senior management updates. You will also contribute to system reviews by assisting in User Acceptance Testing and handling special assignments related to data sharing with government entities.

The ideal candidate should have a professional qualification in finance (MBA preferred) or a graduate degree with 1-4 years of experience in strategic planning and performance management. Proficiency in MS Office, Data Modeling, and Business Intelligence tools is required.
