Assistant Finance Manager (Project Controller)

As the Assistant Finance Manager (Project Controller), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of projects from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with project managers and other stakeholders, you will develop and monitor project budgets, track revenues and costs, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Your responsibilities will also include conducting detailed financial analysis to assess project profitability, forecasting future costs and revenues, and identifying potential financial risks.

In addition to your financial responsibilities, you will be involved in compliance and risk management activities. You will ensure project adherence to commercial terms & conditions, identify financial risks and disputes, participate in contract audits, and prepare monthly project financial statements. As a key liaison between project managers, senior executives, external stakeholders, you will present regular financial reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed about the project’s financial status.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Master or professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (MBA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification), along with 3-5 years of related working experience in financial planning & analysis. Proficiency in financial software and Excel for data analysis is required.
