We are currently seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As an Operations Engineer at Enova, you will play a crucial role in managing the effective achievement of operational objectives. This includes setting individual goals, overseeing performance management, developing and motivating staff members, and providing feedback to enhance overall performance. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring that SLAs for the portfolio of assets are developed and monitored meticulously to align with service delivery standards, client expectations, and supplier/service partner requirements. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to achieving quality service delivery, effective supplier relationship management, and profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring service delivery performance closely and leading the evaluation of suppliers' performance. By assessing suppliers' capabilities thoroughly, you will ensure the selection of appropriately qualified service providers at competitive prices while maintaining high-quality service standards.
