Our client in the events industry based in Dubai is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. With a focus on organizing conferences, exhibitions, and new product launches, this role requires someone with a strong background in the exhibition/trade show sector. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within the industry. As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with various teams to achieve financial and operational objectives, enhance efficiency, manage projects and operations, oversee contracts and supplier relationships, ensure quality and safety standards are met, as well as handle event logistics from start to finish.

To excel in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in exhibitions. While an IOSH Certification is desirable, strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential. Experience with budgeting and working under pressure is crucial for success in this position. The ability to travel and work outside regular hours is required, along with proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership in operations management and problem-solving skills are also key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
