We are currently looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner (HR BP) to join our team and play a crucial role in managing the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit.

As an HR BP at Finanshels, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a seamless onboarding experience that ensures new hires integrate into our company culture and processes effectively. You will continuously update and enhance onboarding frameworks based on feedback and industry best practices. Additionally, you will develop a robust employee experience strategy to promote motivation and high performance within the organization by identifying training needs and implementing employee development programs.

In this role, you will also lead performance appraisal processes aligned with business objectives, providing coaching and support to managers on performance-related discussions and employee development plans. You will oversee payroll, compliance, and HR policies to ensure seamless execution while continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on employee relations matters, you will address grievances and resolve conflicts proactively.
