As the Director of Elite Banking at FAB, you will play a crucial role in customer acquisition, relationship management, portfolio development, internal collaboration, and self-management responsibilities. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing account plans to capitalize on business opportunities, and providing insights on customer needs and market trends. Building effective relationships with customers and acting as the main point of contact for all clients in your portfolio will be essential in ensuring business continuity and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.

In addition to managing client accounts and portfolios effectively, you will collaborate with other departments within the bank to meet client service expectations. Engaging with stakeholders from Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk Management, and other areas will enable you to deliver timely and effective levels of client experience. As part of your self-management responsibilities, you will define performance goals with your reporting manager, identify training needs for professional development, and stay updated on industry trends through continued education.

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail customer relationship management. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is required along with SCA certification (CISI Level 3) and knowledge of UAE Rules & Regulations.
