As a Senior Financial Analyst at Flex Living, you will hold a pivotal role in maintaining the financial well-being and operational efficiency of our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, leading a dedicated finance team, and spearheading strategic financial projects. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels in dynamic environments.
Your key responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable efficiently by ensuring timely payment from partners and clients. You will collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic financial initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth and efficiency. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals while acting as the primary financial liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve resolving discrepancies in financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, developing financial projections and cash flow analyses, as well as identifying trends and potential risks to support informed decision-making.
To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in financial management or related roles with a proven track record in accounts receivable management, financial analysis, and team leadership. Proficiency in accounting software tools along with strong analytical skills are essential requirements. Excellent communication skills coupled with attention to detail are also crucial attributes for success in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required (CPA certification is advantageous).
