As the Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing the company's cash flow to guarantee adequate liquidity. You will be tasked with developing and implementing cash flow forecasting models to support both operational and strategic planning initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating dynamic financial models that will aid in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Presenting financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and highlighting key financial metrics to senior management will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, cash flow management, and financial modeling. Previous experience in an FMCG or F&B background is required, with experience in a manufacturing site being highly desirable. Startup experience is preferred for this role. A deep understanding of corporate finance principles, liquidity management, and capital structure is necessary. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills is crucial, along with experience using ERP systems. Any additional financial certifications would be considered advantageous.
