Role Description
We are hiring for a Head of Sales to join our ever-growing luxury division. We take pride in our ourselves on partnering with top UAE developers and providing a top-tier level of service to our valued clients. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Off Plan Head of Sales to join our dynamic team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to thrive in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a sales team in all aspects of off-plan property sales in the Dubai market.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with our top-tier UAE developer partners during the planning phase.
Ensuring legal and compliance documentation as per the UAE regulations is correctly handled for each transaction.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.
Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities in Dubai.
Providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Keeping abreast of Dubai's real estate industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Preparing regular and detailed reports on the status of off-plan projects.
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Training, coaching, and motivating sales team members, setting sales targets, and monitoring the team's performance and metrics.


Requirements
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Head/Director in primary sales (Off plan) in UAE- Must.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in handling a sales division.
Proven track of successful sales record.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy.
UAE Driving License is an advantage
