We are currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager specializing in Facade Lighting to join our dynamic team. As a Subject Matter Expert in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Business Development and managing the profit and loss statements of the business unit. Your main duties will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Facade Lighting sector, preparing client pitches and proposals, managing design consultants, evaluating contractor bids submissions, conducting design process assessments, proposing value engineering development, leading a team of professionals, managing P&L statements, and collaborating with leadership on long-term business strategies.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE event technology industry with an electrical engineering background or equivalent technical expertise in Facade Lighting systems. Strong business development skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets are essential. Excellent leadership qualities, communication skills, analytical thinking abilities focused on financial objectives achievement are required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant industry software is also necessary.
