Manager - Financial Reporting

G42, an Abu Dhabi-based artificial intelligence and cloud computing company with a global presence, is looking for a diligent and highly organized Manager - Financial Reporting to join our expanding Finance team. Our mission is to deliver holistic and scalable AI solutions to commercial and government clients across various industry verticals, including Healthcare, Government, Smart City & Smart Mobility, Oil & Gas, Fintech, Geospatial, Aviation, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, and Sports.

As the Manager - Financial Reporting at G42, you will be responsible for leading the Financial reporting team. Your main duties will include guiding the development and implementation of a robust financial & management system and reporting process in line with accounting standards. You will manage the monthly and year-end closing process, prepare financial statements for management review, provide timely reports to internal and external stakeholders that support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will work on enhancing and automating financial reporting processes by implementing best practices in the industry.

To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in a relevant field/sector along with a CA or CPA or ACCA qualification. You will also be involved in coordinating with finance business partners and Corporate HQ teams to review financial results on a monthly basis. Moreover, you will assist in establishing financial performance measures (financial KPIs) to evaluate the Group's financial performance.
