In this role, you will be responsible for producing weekly/monthly recruitment status reports and contributing to delivering manpower recruitment objectives within agreed timelines. Additionally, you will assist in creating and updating the GAL competency framework to match the organization's current requirements. As the main point of contact for new candidates, you will manage onboarding activities and act as an ambassador for the Employee Engagement Survey. You will also handle employee welfare queries from a wide range of employees including Managers and provide solutions to resolve complex HR queries.

Furthermore, as an HR Specialist at Galadari Brothers, you will conduct exit interviews for all employees and participate in HRMS related projects as required. Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation and validation of Job Descriptions for various positions within the company. Additionally, you may be tasked with carrying out investigations and disciplinary actions as delegated by management.
