Finance & Insurance Supervisor

As the Finance & Insurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and establishing F&I operations within our dealership. This role involves developing, streamlining, and standardizing F&I processes, policies, and reporting. You will manage a team of 7+ F&I Executives and assistants, driving revenue through finance and insurance products while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers to secure the best deals for customers. You will collaborate with the sales team to integrate F&I offerings into the car-buying process seamlessly. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lender guidelines, and dealership policies while monitoring performance metrics such as KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue generation from finance and insurance products.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of F&I experience in an automotive dealership with a proven track record of process establishment and optimization. Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and lender relationships is essential. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring an F&I team along with excellent negotiation skills are also required.
