As the Projects Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project management, from initiation to completion. This client-facing role requires expertise in managing multiple work streams concurrently using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in meeting project milestones, schedules, and effectively managing project resources and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with senior management and stakeholders. You will develop comprehensive project plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Additionally, you will proactively handle changes in project scope while identifying potential crises and devising contingency plans.

To excel in this role, you must maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle and update a lessons learned document at its conclusion for future reference. Effective communication is key - you will be expected to clearly convey project expectations to team members and stakeholders while ensuring customer satisfaction through proper relationship management.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering along with PMP certification.
