We are currently looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join us as the Middle East Director, a leadership position based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for someone with a strong network and a passion for business development. As the Middle East Director, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our experienced in-house recruitment and marketing teams to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts by identifying and securing new clients.
- Utilize your existing network to establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Represent Gibson Watts at industry events, conferences, and professional forums.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive strategic growth in the Middle East region with an emphasis on long-term success.
- Serve as the face of Gibson Watts in the region, embodying our values and ethos.
We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of proven experience in business development within the UAE and Middle East, preferably in Clean Energy/Technology or Renewable Energy executive recruitment sectors. Strong connections with decision-makers in industries suitable for executive search services are essential. An entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional relationship-building skills, outstanding communication abilities, and current residency in the UAE are also required.
