We are currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in United Arab Emirates. The FM Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of JC Properties and buildings. Responsibilities include managing maintenance services, equipment upkeep, subcontractors, compliance with safety guidelines, customer satisfaction levels, and staff training. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints, proficiency in facility management software systems, and problem-solving capabilities.
