We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Manager IT Retail. In this role, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) responsible for leading all IT initiatives from planning to delivery. You will analyze data to develop and explore potential solutions while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail while also possessing the ability to envision the bigger picture and align IT strategies with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include driving timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions by overseeing implementation of new technologies or approaches that support stakeholders affected by system changes. Additionally, you will be expected to build strong relationships within your team as well as across multiple companies. Effective communication skills are essential for this role as you lead and mentor a team of IT professionals towards project goals while fostering an environment of innovation, continuous learning, and open communication.
