As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Gradiant, you will play a crucial role in leading accounting operations and driving financial excellence within our organization. We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of progressive accounting experience who possesses strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills. Your responsibilities will include overseeing general ledger functions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards, optimizing processes through automation and collaboration, as well as supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities of this role include leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing reconciliations of accounts, supporting internal and external reporting requirements, maintaining internal controls for SOX compliance, identifying workflow inefficiencies for process optimization through automation using tools like SAP S4H or ECCS. Additionally, you will lead budgeting activities while fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with certifications such as CPA or ACCA. A strong understanding of US GAAP standards, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools is required.
