We are currently looking for a highly experienced Investment Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, working closely with our investment team and reporting directly to the Head of Investment based in the UK.

As an Investment Manager at Grantrow Middle East, your responsibilities will include participating in structuring, negotiation, and documentation of investments. You will review and negotiate various legal agreements related to the purchase and financing of commodity-related assets. Additionally, you will support transaction execution management of ongoing deals within the group by coordinating with all involved parties such as lawyers and service providers. Engaging in due diligence processes and business analysis to develop investment theses will be crucial, along with contributing to transaction planning meetings and structuring discussions. You will also be responsible for preparing high-quality marketing materials, discussion materials, reviewing financial models, and conducting financial analyses.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA-Finance) or be a Chartered Accountant with similar experience. A minimum of 7-10 years in investment banking or financial consulting firms is required (experience in big 4 preferred). Candidates must have prior experience in commodity trading to excel in this position.
