Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various financial functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the general ledger process to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting timely financial reports in compliance with UAE regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Additionally, you will lead budgeting processes, ensure tax and VAT compliance, develop effective management reporting frameworks, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with different departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals.

The ideal candidate for this position is a Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of finance management experience in the real estate sector. You must have in-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards, as well as proficiency in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are essential for this role.
