As the Strategic Account Manager at Gruve, you will be responsible for developing exceptional customer relationships, managing current business within strategic accounts while helping develop the business further. Reporting directly to the C Suite leadership and founding team to drive business strategies within these accounts. Our sales teams emphasize team success through collaboration among like-minded professionals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities include developing tailored strategic plans for key accounts, coordinating internal resources for alignment with objectives, driving sales goals for key accounts while tracking progress effectively. Cultivating strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor and advocate while identifying opportunities for upselling within existing accounts are crucial aspects of this role.
Basic Qualifications required are 10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management within technology or software services sectors. Proven track record of successful sales into new accounts and growing business within existing ones. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related fields along with a robust network of customer and partner relationships are preferred qualifications.
