As an Account Manager at GulfTalent, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing the needs of both new and existing clients to ensure their success using our products. You will establish effective communication channels with clients and internal team members to understand and resolve any issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to target companies across the Middle East through calls and emails, nurturing relationships with current clients, upselling business services, and providing recommendations for enhancing our online products.

In this role, you will attend meetings with decision-makers in the UAE and other countries within the region to understand clients' long-term staffing requirements. You will create tailored proposals using GulfTalent's suite of recruiting products, send persuasive proposals to clients, negotiate terms and pricing, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Additionally, you will diligently follow up on leads by engaging with various departments such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Top Management to secure sales.
