As the Fund Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of various Private Equity Funds. This includes conducting detailed reviews of Net Asset Valuations (NAVs), approving capital call notices and distribution notices, validating carried interest and waterfall calculations, as well as coordinating the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. You will work closely with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will onboard new funds, portfolios, deals, and clients onto our system with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance, along with 8-10 years of experience in fund administration and finance operations within the investment management or private equity sector. Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, closed-ended fund operations, and experience with various types of waterfalls/carried interest calculations are essential. Hands-on experience with fund accounting software such as FIS Investran, eFront, & Dynamo is highly desirable.
