We are currently seeking a dynamic Country Finance Manager to join our team at the West Bank/Jerusalem Office. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the mission. This includes finalizing proposals and internal budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources in strict adherence to donor regulations and HI policies. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, meet deadlines consistently, and anticipate the financial needs of the mission.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure sound financial management by maintaining 100% compliance with HI financial procedures. The Country Finance Manager will provide training and guidance to staff and local partners on financial matters regularly. Key responsibilities include conducting accurate program budget monitoring, analyzing its impact on the mission's financial plan, reallocating budgets as needed in collaboration with budget managers, and optimizing funding utilization. Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate monthly budget follow-up meetings with managers to ensure efficient use of funds without any interruptions in mission activities.
