Hartmann Young, a mid-sized Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to full-service capabilities across all therapeutic areas, is currently seeking a Chief Commercial Officer based in Europe. As a key member of the executive management team, the Chief Commercial Officer will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction for global commercial growth. This individual will be tasked with achieving revenue and volume targets on an international scale while spearheading the expansion of our client's operations in EMEA and the US.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of leadership in driving organizational growth, particularly within the CRO industry. With 5-10 years of experience at senior levels within CROs, as well as extensive background in sales management, business development, or sales leadership roles within the Life Science sector, the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and capitalize on profitable growth opportunities. Additionally, successful candidates must have a history of exceeding growth targets across various therapeutic areas and clinical trial phases while cultivating relationships with C-Suite level executives.

In this role, the Chief Commercial Officer will lead and manage a team of 5-10 direct reports, leveraging their network to secure new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships. Working closely with the leadership team, this individual will collaborate on corporate strategies aimed at achieving organizational objectives. The position is Europe-based and offers remote work flexibility to accommodate the dynamic nature of global commercial operations.
