We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join haus & haus holidays, responsible for managing relationships between the company and landlords. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of up to 100 landlords, developing and maintaining strong connections while addressing all queries and concerns promptly and professionally. This role requires the ability to work under pressure, lead face-to-face meetings, coordinate client exchanges within the team, negotiate additional properties for management, retain business annually, and promote cross-selling opportunities within the haus & haus group.

The successful candidate will possess proficiency in MS Office, exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence, diligence, proactiveness, resilience, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and ideally experience in holiday home management. A driver's license is essential for this role.
