This includes budgeting, cash flow management, financial forecasting, project accounting, compliance with financial regulations, and risk management. Your expertise in financial planning & analysis will be crucial in providing valuable insights that drive decision-making processes for our real estate development projects. Additionally, your leadership skills will be essential in guiding and developing the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess relevant qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA certifications along with a degree in Accounting or Finance-related subjects. It is essential that candidates have prior experience working in an investment firm or similar organization, as well as a background working with Big 4 firms. A strong knowledge and technical application of IFRS reporting guidelines are also required for this role.
