We are currently seeking a male Accounts & Finance Head / Senior Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in the accounts & finance department. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships while maximizing profits through contract negotiations. Responsibilities include developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs, communicating progress to stakeholders, and identifying areas for business growth.

The successful candidate must have proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM and MS Office tools like Excel is essential. Strong project management abilities are required to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously with attention to detail. The individual should possess exceptional negotiation and presentation skills along with a proactive approach to meeting sales quotas and addressing client requests effectively.
