Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

As a Project Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management from order entry to project commissioning. Your responsibilities will include leading the successful execution of Transformer Orders booked in the UAE, monitoring and achieving key performance indicators such as Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with customers, manage customer satisfaction by ensuring timely project execution, and conduct project reviews with factory management to ensure contract fulfilment.

In addition to managing risks and resolving escalated issues raised by customers, you will lead the coordination of customer requests related to project execution or additional sales opportunities. As part of your role, you will also oversee the Digital and Service Interface in UAE with the newly formed BU of Service. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent with experience in the Transformer Industry and exposure to Project Management. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, proficiency in SAP or another ERP platform knowledge are advantageous qualities for this role.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with strong technical background
