**Job Description:**
As a Senior Project Manager at Hitachi Energy in the United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of High Voltage Orders booked in the region. Your role will involve monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, cash flow, inventory management, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, among others. It will be crucial for you to ensure that all order execution activities adhere to Hitachi Energy policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health and safety regulations, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

Building strong relationships with customers and managing their satisfaction through timely project execution will be a core aspect of your responsibilities. You will conduct project reviews with factory management and Project Managers to guarantee contract fulfilment. Additionally, you will play an active role in identifying risks, negotiating solutions, and resolving escalated issues—especially those brought up by customers. It is imperative that you ensure the portfolio of projects follows best practices and methodologies in line with internal standard procedures.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management
• Experience in managing High Voltage projects
• Experience working with customers in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

• Leading the successful execution of High Voltage Orders booked in UAE
• Monitoring and achieving importance KPIs including revenue, cash flow, inventory, on-time delivery
• Ensuring all order execution related activities are performed according to policy and quality standards
• Building strong relations with customers and managing customer satisfaction by on time execution of projects
