We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst at HLB HAMT, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in executing financial analysis, business valuations, and preparing high-quality reports for our clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modeling, and the ability to work independently while ensuring timely delivery of client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in executing assigned financial valuation and analysis projects.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and participate in client meetings.
- Develop accurate financial models using Excel and analyze client business operations.
- Apply various business valuation techniques such as DCF Valuation, Net Asset Method, and VC methods.
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports, business plans, charts, and investor pitch decks using PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Communicate effectively with clients through online calls and in-person meetings.
- Adapt to engagements requiring learning of new industries and business models.
- Ensure all project-related documents are properly stored and uploaded promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies (DCF, NAV, VC methods).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with clients across various industry verticals.
