Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Home Bakery, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include managing the restaurant as a profitable unit, setting performance standards, ensuring high-quality customer service, handling customer complaints effectively, monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback, managing inventory, controlling costs, monitoring financial transactions, ensuring food preparation consistency, conducting regular inspections for cleanliness and adherence to standards.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Knowledge of food safety regulations, health standards, inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
