Great opportunity at a diverse global holding group based in Dubai, working within a strategic finance position managing all accounting activities, developing financial policies and procedures, advising on high profile, complex and/or sensitive matters to C-level management.
Oversee the financial operations, reporting and mechanisms - including budgeting, business planning and reporting.
Develop the monitoring and systems that adheres to the standard operating procedure and financial integrity.
Prepare the yearly budget for investments and assist in the timely and accurate reporting of all the transactions related to investment.
Preparation of financial statements, consolidation of group accounts and ensuring timely completion of Annual Audit.
Oversee accounts and cash flow, administer internal audits, and cooperate with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations with respect to financial reporting and tax filings.
** CA / CFA qualification is a must**
